4. "Domino Jack POT" Terms and Conditions
DominoesStars
reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Use at any
time, without prior notice to any Website visitor ("User" or "You"). If
Provider makes what it considers to be material changes to the Terms
and Conditions of Use, it will post a notice on its home page, which
will run for seven (7) consecutive calendar days following the new
effective date. If you breach any of the Terms and Conditions of Use,
your authorization to use this Website automatically terminates.
The prizes will be awarded according to the following terms and conditions:

Players who have qualified the “DominoesStars Jackpot” condition to win
the JP Price and were declared as the winner should write to the
DominoesStars support team at support@dominoesstars.com for
verification, providing details and dates of the Jackpot, within 96
hours of the final calculations of the consecutive Jackpot results.
2.
The jackpot prizes are awarded for players that managed to achieve at
least 400 points on the “DominoesStars Jackpot”, even if the Jackpots
were not all played on the same date, and even if the player played in
other Domino games or Jackpots between them. The 400 points
"“DominoesStars Jackpot” must be played within a 5 -day period.
3. The JackPOT points are calculated by the sum of all rake achieved during the jackpot period.
The winner of each game receives 1.5 JackPOT points for each $1 rake of the game.
The player that doesn't win a game receives 1 JackPOT point for each $1 rake of the game.
4. Jackpots are considered as consecutive for the purposes of this promotion if their starting times are consecutive.
5. The Jackpot prize will be paid only after the winning games in the JP have been checked for any signs of collusive play.
6. 400 Jackpots points achieved while playing with the same 1-3 players will not be eligible for this promotion.

Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not
eligible to enter the same DominoesStars Jackpot for purposes of this
promotion.
8. If a Jackpot is interrupted due to a server
problem it will be settled as per our regular interruption policy. For
the purpose of the Jackpot this Jackpot will be considered not to have
run. It will not count towards a player's consecutive wins but neither
will it count as a losing Jackpot in a player's sequence.
9. A
player found trying to enter with more than one account into a
DominoesStars Jackpot will not be eligible for this promotion.
10. The use of offensive language at the DominoesStars Jackpot will disqualify a player from winning a Jackpot prize.
11.
Any player found colluding during the course of a DominoesStars Jackpot
in order to win the Jackpot prize will be disqualified and his account
will be frozen.
12. Any player found to be "soft playing" in
order to allow another player to win during the course of a
DominoesStars Jackpot will have his account frozen.
13. Any
withdrawals made on any winnings of the Jackpot prize are subject to
DominoesStars standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.
14.
A single DominoesStars jackpot can be used to claim only one jackpot
(either winning combination or consolation combination). Once the
jackpot has cleared, that Jackpot cannot be used for any future claims.
15. All decisions made by the DominoesStars management are final.
16. DominoesStars has the right to stop this promotion (Jackpot), or change its conditions at any time.

cause of action, claim, liability, costs and expenses (including legal
fees), damages, fines, penalties or any other charges that may arise as
a result of your use of DominoesStars Jackpot, participation in any
promotion or publicity event, or breach of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability - DominoesStars does not guarantee the
continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the website or any
related services. the operation of the website may be interfered with
by numerous factors outside the control of provider.

5. "Refer a Friend" Terms and Conditions.
1.
In the “Refer a Friend” promotion the "Referrer" is the person inviting
his friends to play; and the "Referred Friend" is the person being
invited to play in Dominoes Stars.
2. Referred Friends must be
registered from his own PC, and cannot be registered from the
referrer's computer, same household or share the same IP.
Be advised, this condition will be checked on a regular basis by our Fraud Control Department.
The Refer a Friend promotion is valid ONLY in cases your Referred Friends don't have an account at Dominoes Stars.

In order to be eligible to receive the “Refer a Friend” bonus, the
Referred Friend must make a deposit of $40 or more into his Dominoes
Stars account. The “Referrer” will receive an email informing him his
friend's registration and first deposit. Note: To refer more than 5
friends you must be a depositing player who has played at least 30 real

4. After the Referred Friend makes his first deposit the Referrer is credited instantly.
